| Plyco manufactures and distributes
a variety of ventilation products designed to provide air-flow to
meet your requirements. Listed below are various products from decorative
cupolas to ridge vents with anywhere from 12 square inches to as
much as 108 square inches of free air space per lineal foot. We
also offer wall vents and louvers. Most of Plyco’s ventilation
products are available in a wide variety of colors to match the
color of your building.
This is
a low profile unit, 10 feet in length with 12 square inches of free
air space per lineal foot. It has a totally covered top and blends
well with the roof line.
This vent
has a higher profile than the MWE and is open at the top. The ventilator
has an internal diverter to direct rain off to the side and out
onto the roof. The free air space per lineal foot is 30 square inches
and it is 10 feet long.
This has
the same design as the 25 series with increased free air space of
36 square inches per lineal foot. The ventilator rises 4 inches
above the ridge and comes 10 feet in length.
This
unit is of the same design as the 35 series but the diverter is
made from translucent fiberglass. Having the translucent fiberglass
diverter allows light into the building ridge while keeping the
rain out.
These
are our large capacity ventilators designed for the confinement
building. They have 108 square inches of free air space per lineal
foot. The units are available in 4 and 10-foot lengths. The 4-foot
unit can also be closed if ordered with an optional spring-loaded
damper.
Our
louvers are pre-painted G60 galvanized steel. They come with 1/2-inch
hardware screen installed to the inside of the louver and have a
nailing flange for easy installation. They are available in 4 sizes
(18x24, 24x24, 24x30, 30x30) and will be manufactured in the color
to match your building.
We manufacture
roof cupolas with standard louvered sides or with decorative lited
sides in three sizes (2, 3, and 4 foot.) The units are constructed
of galvanized prepainted steel in many color choices. To add that
special touch, we carry a number of attractive weather vanes in
stock. They are easily attached by simply removing a threaded plug
at the top of the cupola and turning on the weather vane.
Plyco
has been building wall vents for the confinement industry for over
25 years. They are available in top hinge and pivoted configuration.
They are also available in insulated and non-insulated. They are
made of an aluminum extrusion with built in nailing flange for quick
installation. They also have fiberglass inserts. The standard hardware
allows for opening from the inside but outside opening hardware
is available as an option where screens may be desired.
Both
styles of these air-flow ventilators are made of durable molded
fiberglass for corrosion resistance. The AF4W is available with
or without a damper. It is 54 inches in length and has a 13-inch
throat for large air movement. The AFLP is 10 1/2 feet in length
and has a 4-inch throat.
This ridge
cap ventilator product is used in conjunction with your ridge cap.
It is constructed of aluminum and has a 1-inch wide perforated area
running its entire length. It comes in 6-foot lengths and notched
in 6 different configurations to match most steel roof patterns.
This low
profile, adhesive backed, black plastic corrugated vent material
is ideal when a very low profile vented ridge is desired. The material
gives 13 inches of free air space per lineal foot and can be used
in conjunction with your current ridge cap and closure material.
