Where is Plyco located? Plyco’s corporate and sales office is located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Plyco maintains manufacturing facilities in Elkhart Lake and Walkerton, Indiana. For those customers residing close to either of these locations, Plyco offers convenient factory pick up once your order is complete.

How can I get product information? Browse our website to get general information on all of our products. Our entire catalog of literature is available and can be downloaded to your computer. You can also call our customer service department at 800/453-8667 anytime between 8:00AM and 5:00PM central time, Monday through Friday and they will be glad to help you with any questions you may have.

How do I purchase Plyco products? Plyco primarily sells through a network of distributors and dealers located throughout the United States. If you are interested in purchasing a Plyco product, click on “Contact Us” and send us your request. We will contact you to verify your request and help you obtain the product you are interested in.

Can I order special size doors and windows? Absolutely! Plyco prides itself on its ability to meet its customer’s needs. Most of our products can be made in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet your specifications. Whether your need is a standard size or custom, Plyco has the product. (Please note that certain custom sizes may require longer lead times.)

How are Plyco products delivered? Plyco offers a variety of shipping alternatives. For many customers, Plyco’s dedicated fleet of factory delivery trucks provides the most cost effective method of receiving product on a regularly scheduled basis. For those customers outside of our factory delivery area or customers with a more immediate delivery need, product can be sent via a number of commercial freight lines. Certain products can also be sent via United Parcel Service.

When a product is ordered, when will it ship? Plyco has a wide variety of products, some of which are in stock and can be shipped the same day. Other products are built to order and will typically ship within one week. Products built to customer specifications may require longer lead times.

How can I get help with installation? Installation instructions for the majority of our products are available on the website and can be downloaded. If you need additional help, Plyco has territory managers in many states and support staff at our manufacturing facilities. Click on “Contact Us” to send us your questions or comments.

What is Plyco's return policy? A Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number must be issued before any product will be accepted for return. Returns without this number will be refused by Plyco’s shipping department. Any returned product must be in saleable condition in order to receive credit. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. In any event, no items can be returned after 6 months, except for warranty replacement.
   Any product produced to customer specifications, and not listed in our standard product catalog will only be accepted for return if, in Plyco’s opinion, the product can be resold.

What is Plyco's product warranty? On most products the limited warranty is one year.
