The Equus product line incorporates a number of items specifically manufactured for the equestrian market. The stall system is designed to give the builder flexibility by providing components in kit form and in various sizes allowing stalls to be built in numerous dimensions just by selecting the needed building blocks. The stall system grid components are available in G90 galvanized kit, black powder coated kits and black welded units. In addition to the grill components we have all the necessary channels, crib caps, wall braces, and additional hardware, using the Combo Sliding Door and hardware products to complete the installation.

Dutch Door Systems: Plyco’s Equus Dutch Door System is built tough to last. The full door panel perimeter galvanized 16 gauge steel frame is formed in one piece, then powder coat painted. The full perimeter eliminates unsightly miter corners, increases strength of the door panel and helps resist warp. The paint system uses a six stage wash and pretreatment to clean and pre-coat each part. The door panels, with matching crossbucks, can be assembled over matching or contrasting 29 gauge steel covered commercial grade OSB core. The door hinges are designed to be extra strong and horse safe. The large hinge half that attaches to the building has rounded corners. All hinges are “E” coated for corrosion resistance then powder coated to match the door. Available for the assembled Dutch door is a predrilled steel jamb kit for quick, accurate and sag-free installation of the door. The door can be ordered either pre-assembled (AP-4700 Series) or unassembled (U-4700). The unassembled kit comes complete with all hardware and can be easily assembled in the field with your choice of cores, with or without steel skins.
Now available are Dutch Doors “with a view.” These lited Dutch Doors offer 1/4 inch thick impact resistant acrylic glazing in the top half of the door. The windows are available in white or evergreen. These doors are ideal for use as an exterior or interior door for tack rooms and offices.

Champion Slide Doors: The Champion Slide Door is designed to match the Equus Dutch Door in appearance to give your building that special professional touch. The Champion Slide Door is available in single and double leaf configurations with either double crossbucks or a crossbuck in the bottom of the leaf and a window in the top half. We ship the door in kit form. In this kit you will receive the aluminum verticals, aluminum bottom rail, steel box girts, face linials, sheet steel, window or windows, hardware and installation instructions. All components are pre-cut and pre-drilled for easy assembly. You will only need to furnish plywood or similar product to back the sheet steel to complete the door assembly. Also available from Plyco is a Combo track and hardware kit to hang your new Champion Slide Door.
