The 20 Series offers a full rolled edge 24 gauge steel panel
that is 1 3/4 inch thick. The door is fully reversible in a
16 gauge, 3 1/2 inch thick galvanized steel jamb. Three stainless
steel, 4 inch hinges are standard. Quality double contact weather
stripping is applied on the jamb allowing for greater leak protection.
A handicap threshold is available as an option. This door system
has passed all ISDI ANSI code tests.

A door specifically designed for
metal buildings with a 1 1/2 hour fire rating. The door system
consists of a 1 3/4 inch, 20 gauge galvanealed steel panel with
laser edges and is welded top and bottom. The panel is pre-painted
with a white prime finish and is fully reversible. Frames are
available in either a 5 3/4 inch depth, 16 gauge A40 steel,
or an 8 1/8 inch, 16 gauge A40 masonry frame. The frames are
also pre-painted with a white prime finish. Standard sizes of
3070, 3670 and 4070 are available. Double doors are available
in 6070 and 8070. The door system can be ordered pre-assembled
by the factory or KD.

The
35 series uses the popular 99 Series door panel in a unique
jamb system. The base 35 series jamb has a built in self-flashing
exterior trim. The 35-4 series includes interior finish trim
adjustable from 3 inch to 4 inch. The 35-6 includes interior
finish trim adjustable from 5 inches to 6 inches. The door comes
pre-hung, has complete weather stripping and is available in
white.

The 54 and 55 Series doors have a unique
frame design for use in flat-side exterior metal applications.
The doors have an expandable aluminum jamb, and are designed
for a wall thickness from 3 1/2 inch to 4 3/4 inch wide. All
these doors may be modified for 4-way swing. Door panels are
available in steel, fiberglass and aluminum. The 55 Series door
panel and jamb have a thermal break design. An embossed six
panel or cross buck design is available in bone white.

66 Series is an economical, low maintenance, universal swing
door pre hung in a 1 7/8 inch mill finish aluminum jamb. The
jamb comes with a nailing flange for easy installation. The
door is fully weather stripped and comes with three aluminum
hinges. Panels are available in steel, fiberglass and aluminum.

wall thickness and flat side exterior metal applications. The
panel is our popular embossed, 1 inch thick with polyurethane
foam core pre-hung in an aluminum self flashing jamb. Also included
are a header and jamb “J” trim to maintain the universal
swing capability.

of our most popular door styles. The 88 Series easily adapts
to all steel, masonry and wood applications. It consists of
a painted 16 gauge steel jamb with 24 gauge smooth steel panel.
Included with the door are 3 fixed pin hinges applied at the
factory. The door has a polyurethane foam core providing an
R-Factor rating of 11.53. Weather stripping is placed around
the entire perimeter and is fully adjustable. It is available
in bone white, polar white, chocolate and bronze. An embossed
six panel or cross buck design is available in bone white.
