Can I order special size doors and windows?
Absolutely! At Plyco we pride ourselves on consistently meeting our customer’s needs. Most of our products come in a wide variety of sizes and custom configurations to meet your specifications. Whether your need is a standard size or requires customization, Plyco has the building component for you. (Please note that certain custom sizes may require longer lead times.)
How are Plyco products delivered?
Plyco offers a variety of shipping alternatives. For many customers, Plyco’s dedicated contract delivery trucks provide the most cost effective method of receiving product on a regularly scheduled basis. For customers outside of our factory delivery area or customers with a more immediate delivery need, products can be sent via any number of commercial freight lines, including the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Installation instructions for most of our products are available on the website and can be downloaded. If you need additional help, Plyco has territory managers in many states and an inside support staff at our facilities. Click on “Contact Us” to send us your questions or comments.
How do I purchase Plyco products?
Plyco sells building components throughout the United States. If you are interested in purchasing a Plyco product click on “Contact Us” and send us your request. We will contact you to confirm your request and get you information on the products you require.
What is Plyco's product warranty?
On most products the limited warranty is one year.
What is Plyco's return policy?
A Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number must be issued before any product will be accepted for return. Returns without this number will be refused by Plyco’s shipping department. Any returned product must be in saleable condition in order to receive credit. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. In any event, no items can be returned after 6 months, except for warranty replacement.
When a product is ordered, when will it ship?
Plyco has a wide variety of products, some of which are in stock and can be shipped the same day. Other products are built to order and will typically ship within one to two weeks. Products built to customer specifications may require longer lead times.

Plyco’s corporate and sales office is located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Plyco maintains manufacturing facilities in Elkhart Lake and Walkerton, Indiana. For those customers residing close to either of these locations, Plyco offers convenient factory pick up once your order is complete.
